It's good to share. It's good to help your visitors share your content. In this WordPress video tutorial I take you through how to  add social share buttons to WordPress posts and pages. You can add buttons like Twitter Tweet, Facebook Like and Google+ +1.

You can get the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/digg-digg/

  1. Hi Alex.

I like Digg Digg but it only seems to add either a floating box or one after your posts. Do you know any simple plugin that can display social icons as a widget? I didn’t realise it would be so difficult to find one. Most of the ones on WordPress.org use Javascript popups which (in my case) get blocked.

I’d like to display one in my footer! Guess if I wasn’t so lazy I’d just create some html code but try explaining that to clients 😉

  2. Thanks Alex!

Seems to be a great plugin. Will keep you posted on how it works out. I suspect you know this plugin inside out already 😉
